1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Account Management and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account. In relation to account security, users are required to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

• Online Banking (FPX) — covering major Malaysian banks.

Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in the same user's name. dmc88 does not accept third-party payments. Any withdrawal request involving funds that have not yet met the bonus wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Actions

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment, dmc88 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino or poker games.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party systems to place bets automatically.

Permitted use of platform content is limited to personal viewing in the context of lawful use of dmc88 services. Any infringement of dmc88's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The dmc88 platform is provided "as is" and dmc88 makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of information available on the platform at any time.
• Uninterrupted availability of services due to technical maintenance or events beyond our control.
• The outcome of any game or bet — all results are random and cannot be guaranteed.

dmc88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity on the platform. Users acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may close their dmc88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before termination is processed, all eligible real money balances will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
